Save the Children expands climate resilience and youth support in Bhutan
Save the Children International is expanding its engagement in Bhutan to address growing climate-related risks. The organization aims to serve as a technical partner to the Royal Government of Bhutan, focusing on disaster management, climate financing, risk reduction, and early warning systems.
In addition to climate resilience, the organization plans to prioritize education and youth development. Key areas of cooperation include strengthening Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) and expanding technical and vocational education to better connect young people with employment opportunities and the global labor market.
