Saverio Arlia Conservatory participates in Cremona Musica 2026

The Saverio Arlia State Conservatory of Music, based in Catanzaro/Nocera Terinese, participated in the Cremona Musica 2026 international event. The conservatory’s involvement featured three main pillars: musicological research, youth training, and concert activities.

The 22nd edition of Cremona Musica, held at CremonaFiere, included over 450 exhibitors from 35 countries and more than 1,000 artists. This year’s event placed a specific emphasis on Italian conservatories and their artistic and educational initiatives.

Roberto Prosseda, the artistic director of Cremona Musica, praised the conservatory for its high volume of production and its forward-looking approach. Filippo Arlia, an orchestra conducting professor at the conservatory, noted that modern conservatories have evolved to provide students with a more comprehensive vision of the future.
