Savignano municipal swimming pool construction resumes

Construction has resumed on the new outdoor municipal swimming pool in Savignano. Following a pause due to extreme heat, the €2.5 million project is moving into its next phase.

The initial stage, which included the completion of a sustainable parking area featuring draining concrete pavements and rain gardens, is finished. The site is now focusing on the construction of the swimming facilities, which will include a 25-meter pool for adults and a trapezoidal pool for children. The project also encompasses service buildings for ticket offices, changing rooms, and medical facilities. The inauguration is expected in April 2027 or early summer 2027.
