Savills appoints Antonio Díaz to lead Andalusia industrial and logistics

Savills has appointed Antonio Díaz as the new Director of Industrial and Logistics for Andalusia. Formerly of the Fenext group, Díaz will lead the regional development from the Seville offices, coordinating with national industrial teams.

Díaz, a civil engineer with an MBA, brings extensive experience in asset management, capital markets, and investment analysis. His appointment aims to strengthen Savills' presence in a market characterized by solid demand and increasing investor interest in regional hubs such as Seville, Malaga, Antequera, and Huelva.

Separately, the European investment firm Accolade is expanding its Spanish team with the hiring of Guillermo Sánchez Regadera as Commercial Manager and Carla Goerlich Buch as legal counsel to support its growing industrial and logistics project pipeline.
