Savills appoints Jamie Adam to lead Scottish residential sales

Savills has appointed Jamie Adam as the head of residential development sales for Scotland. This new responsibility is added to his current role leading the firm’s residential development sales teams across the North of England.

The appointment follows the retirement of Carole Mackie, who had led the Scottish residential development sales business since 2018. In his expanded capacity, Adam will oversee development sales teams in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, and Liverpool.

Savills stated the move aims to create a more integrated platform by connecting teams across Scotland and Northern England. The company intends to leverage local expertise alongside its national and international network to reach a diverse range of buyers, including domestic owner-occupiers and overseas investors.
