Savinho transfer talks progress between Tottenham and Manchester City

Tottenham Hotspur is reportedly well-positioned to complete a £60 million transfer for Manchester City winger Savinho before the summer window closes. The 22-year-old Brazilian international is seeking regular first-team football, having made only seven Premier League starts last season under previous management.

Negotiations between the two Premier League clubs are progressing, with reports indicating that Savinho has agreed to personal terms. Manchester City manager Enzo Maresca addressed the speculation, stating, "until Savinho is here we want to try to do our best... when the transfer window is open anything can happen."

Manchester City is expected to seek a replacement before finalizing the sale. If the move is completed, Savinho will join an attacking squad under Tottenham head coach Roberto De Zerbi, competing with players such as James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski.
