Palermo draws 3-3 with Pisa amid injury concerns
Palermo maintained their unbeaten streak in Serie B following a high-scoring 3-3 draw against Pisa at the Arena Garibaldi. After falling behind 2-0 in the first half, Palermo staged a comeback in the second period, led by Johnsen, who scored his sixth goal of the season.
Despite the dramatic result, Palermo faces growing injury concerns within their squad. Defender Niccolò Pierozzi is undergoing specialist assessments for a left shoulder dislocation, while captain Mattia Bani is dealing with a muscle injury sustained during the match. Manager Filippo Inzaghi may be forced to restructure the defense for upcoming fixtures against Vicenza and Ascoli.
