Sébastien Cauet files complaint for death threats against accuser

French radio host Sébastien Cauet and his partner, Nathalie Dartois, have filed a legal complaint for death threats and moral harassment against Julie Ollivier. Ollivier is one of several women who have accused Cauet of rape and sexual assault, an investigation that remains ongoing in Paris.

The complaint follows a series of social media posts and an anonymous phone call. Specifically, Cauet’s legal team cited an Instagram story posted by Ollivier on December 5, 2025, which featured song lyrics containing the phrase “I am going to kill my idol.” Additionally, the complaint references images posted on X (formerly Twitter) where Ollivier appeared with firearms.

Nathalie Dartois also reported receiving an anonymous phone call in which the caller referenced the ongoing investigation and mentioned Ollivier. Dartois claims the caller’s voice closely resembled that of the accuser and recorded the conversation. This legal counter-action comes as the primary investigation into the sexual assault allegations continues.
