SBS Fleet-Competence to host driver safety training in Salem

SBS Fleet-Competence will host a full-day driving safety training session on October 10, 2026, at the Salem industrial park. The program is designed for professional drivers and serves as a recognized module under the Professional Driver Qualification Act (BKrFQG).

The training consists of two primary modules. The first focuses on the technical features and functioning of vehicle safety equipment, teaching participants how modern safety systems work and how to identify malfunctions early to reduce vehicle damage. The second module aims to increase awareness regarding road traffic risks and workplace accidents, helping drivers recognize dangerous situations and implement preventive measures.

Olaf Horwarth, owner and expert at SBS Fleet-Competence, stated that the training provides practical, understandable, and legally secure knowledge to help drivers make the right decisions in critical moments.
