SBS HOUSE develops modern 286 Apartment rental project

SBS HOUSE has developed 286 Apartment, a modern rental housing project designed on a 6x17m plot in Vietnam. The design focuses on balancing high-density occupancy with long-term living quality and resident experience.

The building features a distinctive architectural shell characterized by soft curves on the balconies, which helps mitigate the visual constraints of a narrow lot. These balconies incorporate glass railings and vertical greenery to create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. This integration of nature and curved lines is intended to provide natural light, improve ventilation, and help control direct solar radiation to reduce heat.
