SBS HOUSE unveils modern three‑storey townhome design in Da Nang

SBS HOUSE has completed the T’s House project, a three‑storey modern townhome built on a 5 × 18 m plot in Da Nang, Vietnam. The design replaces conventional boxy façades with soft curves, white walls, faux‑concrete panels, black metal cladding and wooden details, creating a sleek yet timeless appearance. A prominent feature is the balcony and rooftop deck covered with dense greenery, which helps lower heat gain, provides shade and improves the micro‑climate around the house.

The interior layout prioritises functional flow and natural comfort. The ground floor combines an open‑plan living and kitchen area with a bedroom positioned for easy access by older residents or guests. A communal space on the second floor links family members, while careful placement of windows, skylights and ventilation paths ensures ample daylight and fresh air throughout the home. The project illustrates key principles of livable housing: balanced natural light, effective airflow and integration of green elements to enhance comfort and sustainability.
