Scandinavian musical acts announce new album releases

Several Scandinavian musical acts have announced upcoming album releases and new singles.

Norwegian melodic black metal band ISKALD has released a second teaser for their sixth full-length album, ‘Curse of the Mind’. Scheduled for release on September 25 via Dusktone, the album is described as a conceptual journey exploring themes of isolation and psychological collapse. The teaser includes fragments from tracks such as ‘Manifestation of Madness’ and ‘The Other Realm’.

Rock band Europe has unveiled a new single titled ‘Scandinavian Eyes’ from their forthcoming studio album, ‘Come This Madness’. The album is set to be released on September 25 via Silver Lining Music. Recorded at RMV Studio in Stockholm, the project features guest backing vocals from Tobias Forge of Ghost and Mikael Åkerfeldt of Opeth, and was produced by Tom Dalgety.
