Scansano opens registration for free Italian courses

Registration is now open for free Italian language courses for foreigners at the Scansano municipal library. Part of the ‘Fòrmati in Biblioteca’ initiative promoted by the Rete Grobac, these non-formal adult education programs are funded by the Tuscany Region through the European FSE+ 2021-2027 programming cycle.

The program includes B1 and B2 level courses scheduled for mid-September, with a C1 level course planned for October. Registration must be completed by September 10 via the municipal library. The courses are available to adult citizens residing or domiciled in the province of Grosseto. Scansano Mayor Maria Bice Ginesi noted that these linguistic skills are essential for the social inclusion of foreign residents working and living in the territory.
