Óscar Ruvalcaba Pérez to premiere astrology-inspired dance piece
Mexican choreographer Óscar Ruvalcaba Pérez is set to premiere “Héroes y Leyendas,” a multidisciplinary contemporary dance piece inspired by Greco-Chaldean astrology. The production will run from August 27 to 30 at the Teatro Raúl Flores Canelo within the Centro Nacional de las Artes (Cenart).
The work explores the connection between humanity and the universe through myths and archetypes. This project is part of a trilogy supported by the National System of Art Creators and the Dance Artistic Residency Program (PRAD) of the National Institute of Fine Arts and Literature (Inbal).
