Scarlett Barett named Imagen de Colombia Fashion Kids 2027

Eight-year-old Dominican model Scarlett Barett has been named ‘Imagen de Colombia Fashion Kids 2027’. She is the first Dominican to receive this title during the Colombia Fashion Kids 2026 event held in Bogotá.

Barett participated as part of the international delegation from Premium Class Modeling Academy and PCMA Models Kids. During the event, she walked for several designers, including Colombian brands By Camila, TPY Kids, and Meraki Kids Jeans, as well as Puerto Rican designer Kira Enid and Dominican designer Starlin de Holma.

Mayra Delgado, director of Premium Class Modeling Academy, attributed the achievement to Barett’s discipline and training. The academy has been recognized as the best modeling school in the Dominican Republic for 2025 and 2026. As the newly appointed Imagen, Barett will participate in upcoming international activities hosted by the platform, which promotes diversity, inclusion, and social impact initiatives, such as supporting children with cancer.
