In Caldè, located on Lake Maggiore, the restaurant and pizzeria ‘La Lanchetta’ is transitioning into the autumn and winter seasons. To maintain its presence outside of the summer tourist peak, the establishment is introducing a new seasonal menu focused on game dishes, including deer carpaccio, buckwheat ravioli with roe deer, and braised wild boar.
