SCHANDMAUL releases ‘Nosferatu’ music video ahead of new album
German folk-rock band SCHANDMAUL has released the official music video for their single ‘Nosferatu’. The track, which draws lyrical inspiration from Bram Stoker’s ‘Dracula’, is part of the band’s upcoming twelfth studio album, ‘Sternensegler’. The album is scheduled for release on September 11, 2026, through Napalm Records.
The release marks a significant transition for the group, as Till Herence has officially taken over lead vocal duties. He succeeds founding member Thomas Lindner, who stepped down from singing due to health reasons but continues to contribute to the band via keyboards, acoustic guitar, and accordion.
The music video for ‘Nosferatu’, directed by Florian Singer, features a blend of humor and dark themes. Following the album release, the band is planning a German tour starting in February 2027.
