The incident has led to planned mass layoffs affecting dozens of employees. In response, local authorities and regional businesses have mobilized to assist the displaced workers. Local entrepreneurs have pledged approximately 300 to 350 new job openings to help absorb the workforce.
Specifically, ABP Poland in Kłosowice has offered to hire between 50 and 100 people, while ID Logistics in Nowa Niedrzwica has offered up to 200 positions, including free transportation for employees from Międzychód or Gorzynia.
