Affected areas included the Zona Centro and specific sections of Morelos Street.

In Nejapa, Nicaragua, the Managua Mayor's Office announced a temporary electricity suspension on Thursday, October 22, due to construction work on a cloverleaf interchange at kilometer 9.5 of the Carretera Sur. The outage was scheduled from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, impacting residents and businesses in the vicinity of the roadworks.
