Schimmelreiter musical returns to Fulda for 2027 season

Following the success of its 2026 premiere, the mystery musical ‘Der Schimmelreiter’ by composer Dennis Martin will return to Fulda for a second season in 2027. Producer Peter Scholz noted that the production saw a 99 percent occupancy rate across 101 performances in 2026, prompting the decision to meet continued regional demand.

The 2027 season will feature 75 performances scheduled between June 25 and August 29. The production is expected to undergo continuous development, including updated visual highlights and enhanced sound design.

A special ‘Sing-Along Show’ is planned for July 9, 2027, allowing the audience to sing alongside the cast, followed by an autograph session. Pre-sales for the upcoming season are set to begin on August 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
