Schmidatal Work business park opens in Ziersdorf

The Schmidatal Work business park has officially opened in the Ziersdorf industrial park. The project was inaugurated by Lower Austria Governor Johanna Mikl-Leitner, alongside former Governor Erwin Pröll, developers Martin Schenter and Christian Eibel, and local mayors.

The facility offers 31 garages in various sizes, as well as office, commercial, and storage spaces. Governor Mikl-Leitner described the inter-municipal business park as a model project that fosters regional development through cooperation between municipalities, politics, and the economy. She emphasized that the project provides necessary space for diverse businesses, ranging from craftsmen and family-run operations to companies seeking new locations, while addressing challenges such as rising costs and labor shortages.
