SCHNA FESTA 2026 to host miniature schnauzer event in Toyota

The social welfare corporation tomoni plus has announced SCHNA FESTA 2026, an event scheduled for September 27, 2026, at the Mutai no Mori PARK in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture. Organized in collaboration with Wacha Wacha Kai, the event is designed to bring together approximately 160 miniature schnauzers and their owners for a day of outdoor activities, including a dog pool, photography sessions, a market, and a BBQ.

Beyond recreation, the event aims to create employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Participants, referred to as partners, will take on various roles such as reception, venue setup, product sales, food service, and event operations. The initiative seeks to use the shared interest in dogs as a natural entry point to connect people with social welfare services and to generate sustainable work within the local community.
