Augsburg-based software company schnell. digital GmbH has launched four tiered support packages designed to assist small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in integrating artificial intelligence into their operations.

Founder and CEO Patrick Schnell noted that many AI initiatives in the SME sector fail not due to technical limitations, but because companies lack ongoing support once initial workshops conclude. To address this, the new service model focuses on continuous guidance rather than one-off sessions. The packages range from ‘AI Orientation’ for initial clarity to ‘AI Roadmap’ for process evaluation and compliance, and ‘AI Implementation’ for long-term operational support involving IT and specialist departments.
