Schoenstatt Movement holds religious retreats and centenary celebrations in Brazil
The Schoenstatt Movement organized several religious gatherings across Brazil to foster spiritual formation and celebrate historical milestones. In Leopoldina, Minas Gerais, the Mãe Rainha — Mãe Peregrina de Schoenstatt movement held a year-end retreat at the Nossa Senhora Aparecida Seminary. The event brought together coordinators, missionaries, and families for prayer and reflection led by Father Wanderson Paulo, focusing on the spiritual mission of bringing the pilgrim chapel into homes.
Simultaneously, the Female Apostolic League of Schoenstatt (Lafs) hosted a hybrid event to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Sisters of Mary of Schoenstatt. Celebrations took place in various locations, including São Paulo and Londrina, Paraná. These gatherings allowed former and current members to share testimonies and celebrate the legacy of the Institute through communal meals and spiritual reunions.
