School connections celebrated through reunions and weddings

In Croatia, former students of the Draškovec Primary School gathered to celebrate the 50th anniversary of their graduation. The class of 1976, which originally consisted of 28 girls and seven boys, saw 21 former students reunite at their old school to honor their shared history and remember classmates who have passed away. The reunion included their former teacher and principal, Josip Strnišćak, and concluded with a mass at the Church of Saint Roch.

In Serbia, a young couple from Novi Sad celebrated their marriage by returning to the Economic School where they first met. The newlyweds posed in their wedding attire within the classrooms where their relationship began, a gesture that gained attention on social media and prompted many others to share stories of their own high school romances.
