School Glasses Programs Reach Over 700 Children in Mexico and Argentina
Club Necaxa and Grupo C&H handed out 200 prescription glasses to children in Calvillo, Aguascalientes, Mexico, as part of the "Ver Mejor" initiative. Players Leonardo Torres and Daniel Chacón helped distribute the lenses and interacted with families during the event.
In Rincón de Milberg, Tigre municipality in Argentina delivered nearly 500 pairs of glasses to primary‑school students under the "Para Verte Mejor" program, supported by Volkswagen and Óptica Visión Tigre. The effort, part of the PROSANE school health scheme, includes vision screenings and offers students the choice of frames after prescription.
Both programs aim to improve visual health and academic performance for children from low‑income families.
