School infrastructure projects advance in Amberg and Weiden
Educational infrastructure projects are progressing in the Upper Palatinate region of Germany. In Amberg, the Max-Josef-Grundschule has reached a milestone with the topping-out ceremony for its all-day school expansion. The project involves two two-story pavilion buildings providing approximately 903 square meters of usable space, including a cafeteria for up to 230 participants, homework supervision rooms, and quiet zones. Completion is expected by the end of the second quarter of 2027.
In Weiden, the Pestalozzi-Mittelschule has reached a significant phase as the new building has been occupied. Following this move, the project will shift focus toward renovating the old building, constructing a double gymnasium, and developing the outdoor facilities. This multi-million euro project aims to modernize the school's capacity and infrastructure.
