Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa visits school in Tabuaço

Former Portuguese President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa visited the Agrupamento de Escolas Abel Botelho in Tabuaço to lead a special session titled “Education, Vocation, Future” for students.

During the visit, the former Head of State presented the Diaries of the Constituent Assembly, documents marking a decisive period in Portuguese democracy. The session took place in the school library to encourage dialogue and reflection among students. Additionally, the former President was received at the Municipal Palace by the Mayor of Tabuaço, José João Patrício, where he signed the municipality’s Book of Honor.
