Schraubtec trade fair to be held in Bochum in 2026

The regional trade fair Schraubtec is scheduled to take place at the Ruhr Congress in Bochum, Germany, on September 30, 2026. Following a previous event in Katowice, the fair returns to Germany to showcase products and services related to screw connections, technology, tools, and the procurement of C-parts.

The event will feature ten practical presentations alongside the exhibition. Topics include methods for the safe tightening of large, high-preload screw connections to address ergonomic and safety challenges, as presented by Tobias Hübing of Heico Befestigungstechnik GmbH. Additionally, Jan Müller from Teckentrup SLI will discuss the specific design requirements for electrical screw connections, focusing on the dynamic coupling of preload force, transition resistance, and temperature.
