Schröder Group and Fanuc showcase industrial automation at German trade fairs

Industrial manufacturers Schröder Group and Fanuc are showcasing advanced automation and AI-driven technologies at upcoming trade fairs in Germany.

At EuroBLECH 2026, the Schröder Group will present solutions for fully automated sheet metal bending without the need for robots. Their new portal solution for the MAK 4 Evolution UD enables unmanned production by automating the loading and unloading of blanks from pallets, utilizing optical measurement to eliminate the need for manual referencing. Additionally, the PowerBend Industrial UD 3200/6,0 offers high-performance bending for steel up to 6 mm thick, capable of bending from both sides to avoid manual flipping.

At the AMB trade fair in Stuttgart, Fanuc is focusing on the integration of Artificial Intelligence and digital twins. Through partnerships with Nvidia and Google, Fanuc is utilizing Nvidia’s Isaac Sim framework to allow the Roboguide simulation software to create high-precision digital twins. These tools enable users to virtually map robot movements and verify programs before real-world implementation. Fanuc is also introducing the 500i-A CNC series, designed to optimize machining processes through the combination of CNC control and digital twin technology.
