Schwarz Gruppe hosts family‑business career day in Neckarsulm

On 10 July 2026 the Schwarz Gruppe organised a “Karrieretag Familienunternehmen” in Neckarsulm. More than 70 leading German family firms—including B. Braun, dm and Kärcher—met with around 700 pre‑selected specialists and executives. The programme focused on future topics such as artificial intelligence, sustainability and corporate purpose.

Key speakers highlighted the importance of reliability in uncertain times (Dr Ulrich Stoll, Stiftung Familienunternehmen) and the role of family firms in shaping Germany’s economy (Dr Christian Groh, Schwarz Corporate Solutions) while stressing the upcoming impact of AI and robotics on the labour market (Stefan Klemm, Entrepreneurs Club). The next career day is scheduled for 20 November 2026 at ABUS in Wetter (Ruhr), featuring a “KI Unternehmer‑Werkstatt”. A further event will be hosted by MANN+HUMMEL in Ludwigsburg on 25 June 2027. Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Frau Reiche, serves as patron of the initiative.
