The project aims to revitalize the thermal complex and includes approximately 12.9 million euros in public works for the city of Sciacca, such as the redevelopment of the Terrazza del Tramonto and new public squares. The plan is expected to create 132 permanent jobs.

While the project faces regulatory hurdles—including prescriptions from the Superintendency for Cultural and Environmental Heritage to protect architectural assets and observations from the Basin Authority regarding geomorphological risks—the operator maintains that the proposal is designed to recover and enhance the existing heritage. The Sciacca Municipality has noted that the project will require urban planning modifications, a standard step for regeneration projects of this scale.
