Science and technology events draw participants in Poland

Various science and technology events recently took place in Poland, highlighting research and public engagement. The 22nd Lublin Science Festival, themed around curiosity, featured participation from the Łukasiewicz – Institute of New Chemical Syntheses (Łukasiewicz – INS).

As part of the festival, Łukasiewicz – INS conducted workshops at the Puławy Science and Technology Park. These sessions included chemistry experiments for primary school students, such as the ‘Rainbow Laboratory of the Little Explorer’, and technical workshops on catalysts, sorbents, and industrial chemical process assessment methods.

Separately, the 15th Night at the Institute of Aviation (Łukasiewicz – ILOT) attracted approximately 45,000 visitors. The event featured hundreds of attractions, including demonstrations of unmanned technologies, robotics, rovers, simulators, and virtual reality. Experts provided insights into aviation, space exploration, defense, and modern transport technologies.
