Science Night 2026 to feature communication-themed exhibits across Czech Republic

The Science Night 2026 event will take place on Friday, September 25, featuring a wide array of interactive programs across various Czech locations. The theme for this year is “Communication.”

At the Technical University of Liberec (TUL), the program will be the largest in eight years, featuring over 70 stations across nine buildings. Activities include exploring robot communication via AI, testing clothing with sensors that monitor fatigue, and observing microorganism communication through interactive simulations.

In the Karlovy Vary region, including Ostrov, Sokolov, and Chodov, participants can engage with topics such as deepfake detection, virtual reality, hydrogen technology, and space communication. Specific activities include building hydrogen-powered cars, 3D printing workshops, and exploring sign language and AI-driven text processing. The entire program is free to the public.
