Scoot expands China network with new Guiyang flights

Scoot, the low-cost subsidiary of Singapore Airlines, is expanding its China network with the launch of three weekly flights to Guiyang, the capital of Guizhou province. Scheduled to begin on 26 October 2026, the service will be operated using Airbus A320neo aircraft.

Following the addition of Guiyang, Scoot will operate 81 weekly flights to 16 cities across mainland China. The airline is also increasing flight frequencies to several other Asia-Pacific destinations to meet year-end holiday demand, including services to Hat Yai, Phuket, Clark, Kota Kinabalu, Okinawa, and Tiruchirappalli.

The new Guiyang route will connect travelers from locations such as Malaysia to the southwestern Chinese city via Singapore Changi Airport. One-way Economy Class fares for the new service are expected to start from approximately $158 USD or MYR 399.
