Scordia: Man arrested for violating court orders to approach mother

A 43-year-old man has been arrested in Scordia after allegedly breaking court-ordered restrictions to enter his mother's home. The man was under a precautionary measure that required him to maintain a distance of at least 500 meters from his mother and prohibited him from entering the family residence.

Carabinieri responded to an emergency call reporting a heated argument at the home. Upon arrival, officers found the man hiding on a bedroom balcony with the window frames closed. The victim reported that her son had entered the house against her will, threatening her and demanding money.

Investigations revealed that the individual has a history of judicial reports and had previously subjected his mother to insults and threats. He was arrested for violating the orders of removal from the family home and the prohibition of approaching the victim.
