Scotland announced a 12‑player netball squad for the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games, featuring three veterans – Emily Nicholl, Bethan Goodwin and Niamh McCall – each heading to their third Games, alongside five newcomers such as Lexy Gillies and Jazmine Moore. Head coach Kath Tetley highlighted the blend of experience and emerging talent as the team prepares to open the tournament against New Zealand on 25 July at The Hydro.

Australia’s Diamonds also released their Commonwealth Games roster, with head coach Stacey Marinkovich stressing the need for balance, versatility and a growth mindset. The Australian side includes five debutants and aims to adapt quickly against pool opponents England, South Africa, Malawi, Tonga and Northern Ireland. Marinkovich emphasized managing physical loads and leveraging domestic Suncorp Super Netball performance to succeed on the international stage.
