Scott Foley to reprise role in 'Scrubs' revival

Scott Foley will reprise his role as Sean Kelly in the second season of the ABC 'Scrubs' revival. The announcement was made during a D23 panel featuring series stars Zach Braff, Donald Faison, and Sarah Chalke.

In the upcoming season, Foley’s character will rekindle a romance with Elliot Reid (Chalke). This development occurs as J.D. (Braff) begins a relationship with Charlie, a character introduced in the first season's finale played by Rachel Bilson.

A teaser trailer released at D23 also confirmed the return of several original cast members, including Judy Reyes, John C. McGinley, and Christa Miller, alongside new recurring cast members.
