Scott Presler faces scrutiny over Pennsylvania voter residency claims
Conservative organizer and Gays for Trump co-founder Scott Presler is facing questions regarding whether political associates met Pennsylvania residency requirements to vote in the 2024 election. Investigations into voting records indicate that at least three individuals unrelated to Presler used his Beaver County home address to cast ballots.
The individuals identified include Florida consultant Heather Langley, who reportedly listed Louisiana as her home state while using the Pennsylvania address, and social media influencer Alfred Ashley, who previously posted about moving to Pennsylvania specifically to vote for Donald Trump. Another individual, Joe Petriella, had listed a Virginia address on campaign contribution records.
Presler’s political action committee, Early Vote Action (EVA PAC), issued a statement defending Presler, describing him as a “generous person” who allowed friends to find residency in his home while working in the state. The PAC stated that while several of these individuals have since moved to other states, the Pennsylvania voter rolls have not been updated to reflect these changes.
