Scottland FC and Hardrock FC intensify title race

The Castle Lager Premier Soccer League title race has intensified as leaders Scottland FC and second-placed Hardrock FC secured vital victories on Matchday 27.

Scottland FC maintained their position at the top of the table with 57 points following a 2-1 away win against Simba Bhora at Wadzanayi Stadium. Veteran forward Knowledge Musona was instrumental in the victory, scoring both goals, including a decisive free-kick just before half-time. This win follows a recent midweek draw against Dynamos.

Hardrock FC remains in contention, sitting three points behind the leaders after a dramatic 2-1 comeback victory against FC Hunters at Rufaro Stadium. After falling behind in the 32nd minute, Hardrock equalized through Washington Navaya, who scored his 15th goal of the season. Prince Dube secured the win with a strike deep into stoppage time. Navaya currently leads the league's top scorers chart, holding a three-goal advantage over Khama Billiat and Frank Agmeyang.
