Scripps Sports Women’s Basketball Showcase set for December 16

The inaugural Scripps Sports Women’s Basketball Showcase will take place on December 16 at the Mortgage Matchup Center in Phoenix. Presented by Position Sports and The E. W. Scripps Company, the event features a nationally televised doubleheader on ION.

The first matchup features the defending national champion UCLA Bruins against the Duke Blue Devils at 7:00 p.m. ET. The second game will see the USC Trojans, led by JuJu Watkins, face the Miami Hurricanes at 9:30 p.m. ET.

Tickets for the doubleheader will be available via Ticketmaster. The event aims to elevate women’s athletics by providing a national television platform for elite collegiate programs.
