The revival of the comedy series “Scrubs” is preparing for its second season, which is scheduled to premiere on ABC on September 30, 2026. New episodes will be available for streaming the following day on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ in the United States.

Keyla Monterroso Mejia has joined the cast as Mimi, a surgical nurse for Turk. Her addition follows the departures of X Mayo and Joel Kim Booster from the project. Returning series regulars include Zach Braff, Sarah Chalke, Donald Faison, and Ava Bunn. Other returning cast members include John C. McGinley, Judy Reyes, Ken Jenkins, and Neil Flynn. Scott Foley is also set to reprise his role as Sean Kelly.

The new season follows the established characters as they transition from interns to experienced doctors at Sacred Heart, mentoring a new generation while navigating hospital life.
