Südback 2026 trade fair showcases bakery and snack innovations

The Südback trade fair, held in Stuttgart from October 24 to 27, 2026, highlighted new developments in the bakery and confectionery industry. The event featured approximately 550 exhibitors across 55,000 square meters, attracting over 35,000 professional visitors from more than 90 countries.
