Sédhiou Youth Council provides cleaning equipment for Navétanes

The Sédhiou Youth Advisory Council, in partnership with the association Green Sédhiou, has provided cleaning equipment to the local Navétanes movement. The donation aims to improve waste management at the Papis Demba Cissé municipal stadium during national championship matches.

Municipal counselor Moctar Diédhiou emphasized the importance of maintaining a healthy environment to prevent disease, particularly for the children and adults attending the matches. He urged participants to use the equipment rigorously, with a specific focus on managing plastic waste and promoting fair play to avoid violence during sporting events.
