SDIS 66 installs new Board of Directors and bureau

The Board of Directors for the Pyrénées-Orientales Departmental Fire and Rescue Service (SDIS 66) has installed its new representatives following recent municipal elections. The session included the election of a new bureau for the CASDIS, with Hermeline Malherbe serving as president. The bureau also includes Michel Garcia as first vice-president, Martine Rolland as second vice-president, Claude Ferrer as third vice-president, and Nicolas Barthe as the fifth member.

The Board is responsible for managing and administering the SDIS, setting institutional orientations, and ensuring operational functionality through a governance model that combines local elected officials and state representatives. During the meeting, various reports were reviewed and adopted to continue the implementation of the service's ongoing projects and strategic directions.
