Sead Kolašinac faces injury layoff at Atalanta

Atalanta defender Sead Kolašinac is expected to be sidelined for approximately 15 to 20 days following medical examinations. The tests revealed a low-grade strain of the rectus femoris in his left thigh, an injury sustained during a match at San Siro.

Kolašinac has already begun a rehabilitation program, with medical staff set to re-evaluate his condition in the coming days. Due to the nature of the injury, he is expected to miss the upcoming match against Frosinone. Depending on his recovery progress, he may not return to action until after the mid-November international break.

Other Atalanta players, including Isak Hien, Ibrahim Sulemana, and Giacomo Pompei, are also continuing individual recovery programs at the Zingonia training center.
