The Seaham Food Festival returns on Saturday 1 August and Sunday 2 August 2026 at Seaham seafront in County Durham. Organized by Durham County Council, the free‑to‑enter event is expected to attract thousands of visitors and will feature a pop‑up Cookery Theatre with TV chef Matt Tebbutt headlining alongside other culinary personalities such as Cherish Finden, Shelina Permalloo and chef Cyrus Todiwala.
Around 137 food and drink stalls, including local traders like Acropolis Street Food, Geordie Banger Co. and Redheads Mac 'n' Cheese, will offer a range of cuisines. Live entertainment includes performances by The Lake Poets, the Easington Colliery Band and other musical acts, as well as family‑friendly workshops and storytelling. Dedicated park‑and‑ride buses connect the festival site with Spectrum Business Park and Doxford International Business Park, providing accessible transport for attendees.
