Sean clarifies YouTube PD recruitment requirements

Sean, a member of the hip-hop duo Jinusean, addressed misconceptions regarding the recruitment of a new producer (PD) for his YouTube channel, ‘Sean and Together’. In a recent video, he expressed disappointment that despite significant interest and supportive comments from subscribers, the actual number of applicants was much lower than expected.

Sean identified that many potential applicants were deterred by online comments suggesting that working for him would require elite running abilities, such as achieving a ‘sub-3’ marathon time. He clarified that running proficiency is entirely unrelated to the job requirements. He noted that a current producer on his team is also not a strong runner but is performing well.

He emphasized that the channel aims to share heartwarming stories, the joy of running, and positive social contributions. He is seeking individuals who align with this vision rather than athletic prowess, encouraging interested candidates to apply without fear.
