Sean “Diddy” Combs Serves 50‑Month Sentence as New Child‑Actor Abuse Lawsuit Emerges

Sean “Diddy” Combs is serving a 50‑month federal prison term at low‑security FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey after being convicted on two counts of transporting individuals across state lines for prostitution. His lawyer, Juda Engelmayer, has said Combs spends his time playing basketball, meditating and praying, and is participating in the Residential Drug Abuse Program in hopes of reducing his sentence. The plaintiff also alleges the actor’s former talent agency failed to protect him. Combs’s spokesperson has denied the claims, calling them “false and ridiculous” and describing the lawsuit as a money‑grab. The case adds to a series of civil actions against the rapper, who also faces numerous other lawsuits related to alleged abuse.
