Sean “Diddy” Combs faces new lawsuit alleging 2007 sexual assault of former child actor

A former child actor filed a civil lawsuit in a California court accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexually assaulting him in May 2007 at a networking event in the Hollywood Hills. The complaint says Combs offered the minor an alcoholic drink, invited him into a private room, and then engaged in unwanted sexual contact, including oral sex, after the plaintiff protested. The plaintiff also sued the actor’s former talent agency for failing to provide adult supervision.

Combs, who is currently serving a 50‑month prison sentence after being convicted on two counts of transportation for prostitution, denied the allegations. His spokesperson Juda Engelmayer said, “The allegations from this so‑called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous,” and asserted that Combs “has never sexually assaulted anyone — and that includes any child.”

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office is reviewing the new case, and prosecutors are also examining separate accusations by producer Jonathan Hay concerning alleged misconduct in 2020‑2021. The lawsuit adds to dozens of civil suits the hip‑hop mogul has faced since his 2024 arrest and 2025 conviction.
